The website located at erpextension.com, its subdomains, and any associated browser extensions or tools (the “Site”) are a copyrighted work belonging to ERP EXTENSION LLC (“ERP Extension”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). Some features of the Site may be subject to additional terms, policies, or guidelines, which are referenced throughout this document.
All such additional terms, guidelines, and rules are incorporated by reference into these Terms, like the terms for the ERP EXTENSION browser extension the terms for subscription billing for premium plans, our usage policy and privacy policy.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement governing your use of the Site. By using the Site, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site.
1. Accounts
1.1 Account Creation
To access certain features, an account may be automatically created based on your installation or interaction with the ERP Extension platform. This may include collecting your name, email address, IP address, or device identifiers. By proceeding, you authorize us to collect and use this data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
You must ensure all information is accurate, and you are responsible for maintaining its accuracy over time.
1.2 Account Responsibilities
You are fully responsible for all activity under your account. Please maintain the confidentiality of your login information. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
2. Access to the Site
2.1 License
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Site for personal or internal business purposes.

If you submit ideas or feedback, you grant us the right to use them without restriction or compensation.
3. User Content
3.1 Responsibility
“User Content” includes any data, messages, prompts, configurations, files, or customizations you submit or store through the Site. You are solely responsible for this content and its legality.
3.2 License
You grant ERP Extension a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, store, display, and distribute your content solely to operate the Site or provide services to you.
3.3 Acceptable Use
You may not upload content that:
- Infringes intellectual property rights.
- Is illegal, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or obscene.
- Harms minors or promotes hate.
- Includes malicious code or phishing.
- Violates any applicable laws or our Usage Policy.
4. Enforcement
We reserve the right (but are not obligated) to monitor, remove, or limit access to User Content that violates these Terms. We may also take any action we deem necessary to protect the Site or its users.
5. Term and Termination
These Terms apply as long as you use the Site. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or for any reason at our sole discretion.
Upon termination, your access to the Site will cease and your license will be revoked. Some provisions (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will continue to apply even after termination.
6. Disclaimers
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, ERP Extension LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Site, including lost profits, data loss, or system failures—even if we were advised of the possibility.
8. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ERP Extension LLC, its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.
9. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms will be resolved by binding arbitration in Sheridan, Wyoming, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive your right to a jury trial or to participate in class actions.
You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first acceptance by emailing [email protected].
10. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. When we do, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the new Terms.
11. Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with all referenced policies and agreements, constitute the full agreement between you and ERP Extension LLC and supersede any prior agreements.
